Our services require that we collect precise or approximate location data from Riders, drivers and couriers mobile devices, GPS etc. DNP collects permitted data from its APP from rider/driver partners. We only collect such data where users have granted us permission to do so through the permission system used by their mobile device.

Transaction Data:

We collect and retain transaction data related to use of services on the platform. These information includes the type of services requested or provided, distance travelled, payment amounts, date and time the service were provided and similar transaction details. The Privacy Settings menu in the DNP rider app gives users the ability to set or update their location and contacts sharing preferences, and their preferences for receiving mobile notifications from The Company. Information on these settings, how to set or change these settings, and the effect of turning off these settings are described below.
Location Data: This is a crucial permission for our app's collection of precise location from a user’s device (whether their own device or otherwise) per the permission system used by their mobile operating system. Location data helps improve our services, including pickups, navigation, and customer support.
